Privacy requests

Email privacy@example.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe the request and provide only the information necessary to identify it. We may need to verify an account relationship before discussing account-specific data.

Legal questions

Email legal@example.com about the terms, the service operator or other legal matters. Refer to the relevant page or provision where possible.

Security reports

Email security@example.com to report a suspected vulnerability. Include the affected public address, a concise description and safe reproduction steps. Do not publish exploit details before a private report has been reviewed.

Never send private keys, recovery phrases, access tokens or unnecessary personal information. We do not need your wallet's recovery phrase to investigate a report.
